
MIT Dining has designed a flexible and affordable IAP Block Meal Plan Program that allows the MIT Community to enjoy quality and healthy dining options during IAP.

MIT graduate students learned how to make their own sushi on October 2 in the R&D Pub. The well attended event was sponsored by Sodexo and Russo’s Market.
On Thursday, Sept. 27, MIT President, L. Rafael Reif visited Simmons Hall to partake in their 10 Year Anniversary celebrations.
Reif enjoyed a dinner with students, made time for a friendly game of ping pong outside of the dining hall and met with Cosmos Darwin, a Simmons Hall resident and one of the students heavily involved in creating and installing Simmons’ newest piece of art.
Bon Appétit hosted the Eat Local Challenge on Tuesday, September 25 at 12pm in Maseeh and during dinner on Thursday, September 27 in Baker, McCormick, Next and Simmons. Students had the opportunity to enjoy meals made with local produce and fish as well as read short biographies of the farmers who provided the food.

The MIT Market Produce Stand offers fresh fruits and vegetables to the MIT community. The stand is operated by Russo’s Market in Watertown.

MIT Dining has partnered with the award-winning food service organization, Bon Appétit, to provide the MIT community with an All-You-Care-To-Eat Summer Block Meal Plan Program from June 20 through August 15, 2012. Located in the newly renovated Howard Dining Hall in Maseeh Hall, this summer meal plan program will allow MIT community members to enjoy healthy, fresh and tasty meals during Breakfast, Dinner and Brunch.
